Age Criteria:
Admission is strictly based on the age criteria mandated by the state education department. Original birth certificates must be produced for verification.
Document Submission:
Parents are responsible for providing all necessary documents, including vaccination records, transfer certificates, and photos before the academic session begins.
Parent Interaction:
A mandatory interaction session with the Principal or Coordinator is required for both parents and the child to ensure alignment with the school's philosophy.
2. Tuition and Fee Payment
Payment Schedule:
Annual tuition fees are payable in three distinct terms (Term I, Term II, and Term III). Dates will be communicated via the school almanac.
Mode of Payment:
We strictly accept payments via Online Bank Transfer, Demand Draft, or the School App. Cash payments are not accepted at the administrative office.
No Hidden Costs:
The school guarantees that there are no hidden charges. Any optional costs (field trips, annual day costumes) will be communicated well in advance.
3. Withdrawal and Conduct
Notice Period:
Parents intending to withdraw their ward must submit a written application at least one term in advance to facilitate the Transfer Certificate (TC) process.
Code of Conduct:
Students are expected to adhere to the school's code of conduct. Repeated disciplinary issues may result in suspension or expulsion as per the school handbook.
