She holds B.A. and MBA degrees, along with professional qualifications including Diploma in Montessori Education, Diploma in Pre-Primary Education, Diploma in Waldorf Education, D.El.Ed., and Specialisation in English. Her diverse educational training enables her to integrate modern teaching strategies with child-centered learning approaches, creating meaningful and engaging learning experiences for students.
Throughout her professional career, Ms. Manochitra has worked with several reputed CBSE and international schools, where she served in important academic leadership roles such as Academic Coordinator and Academic Head. In these roles, she was actively involved in curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, academic supervision, and implementing innovative and activity-based learning methodologies.
Her professional journey includes 11 years at Alchemy Public School, followed by her work at SSVM School (2 years), Chandramari International School (1 year), and Samashti International School (1 year).
